Features​

Our metrics tool allows you to see how a User interacts with Encompass by showing you: Login Information Loan Opened Duration Input Form Duration Services ran Reports Run and MORE

Setup​

  1. In Encompass select the SharkeyByte Logo, then Plugin Management
  2. In the Plugin Management form, turn on User Metrics. \

Usage​

  1. Once enabled go to the Chomper quick menu and select User Metrics
  2. From here you can drill down by draggin columns into the group by section.
